5.12.6 NCDwm/pref

   Preference files for the NCD Window Manager are another set of files that 
   may be found in both the ProdData and the UserData paths. 

   The format of the content is, again, similar to other preference files. 

   The system-level defaults define such attributes as highlight coloring, 
   placement of icons on the desktop, and font sizes. 

   Deviations from system-level defaults are contained in a user preference 
   file in the UserData path.
